COVID-19 Telehealth Visit
It's Simple:
- Schedule a telehealth visit (includes 1 telehealth visit)
- Conduct the test with a healthcare provider
- Receive results and certificate (1 certificate per person)
Note that you must have your own supply of COVID-19 tests.
