Taking care of ourselves can be hard work, especially when we have many obligations pulling us in different directions. Work, family, pets, bills, home, it can feel overwhelming at times. Self care means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy, you can be well, and that you can do all the things you want to accomplish in a day.
